Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance

By using QRWisp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What you get

QR codes you generate are yours. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial and printed use, with no attribution required and no licence fee.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for whatever you encode. We do not see it, store it or check it. You agree not to use this service to create codes that link to malware, phishing pages, fraudulent payment requests, or any content that is illegal where you or your audience are.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We test every generated code by decoding it, but scanning depends on print quality, materials, lighting, distance and the scanning app. Always test a printed code yourself before producing it at volume.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site — including reprinting costs, lost sales or misdirected payments. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Payment codes

For PIX, UPI and cryptocurrency codes: verify the decoded content yourself before publishing. A single mistyped character in a key or wallet address can send funds to the wrong recipient, and such transfers are usually irreversible. We are not a payment processor and are not affiliated with any bank, payment scheme or regulator.

Trademarks

"QR Code" is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated. QRWisp is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Denso Wave, or by any of the platforms and payment systems referenced on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
