Why the file names matter
With 200 identical-looking QR images, telling them apart is impossible. That is why the first CSV column becomes the filename: table-14.png is something you can hand to a printer, while qr-137.png is not.
Repeated names would overwrite each other inside the ZIP, so duplicates get a numeric suffix automatically.
Test one before printing all of them
The most expensive mistake in bulk work is discovering a formatting error after the print run. Generate the batch, open a couple of the images, and check them with our QR code tester before sending anything to print.
Frequently asked questions
How many codes can I generate at once?
Up to 250 per run. Everything happens in your browser rather than on a server, so the limit is your own tab — past a few hundred it starts to struggle. For larger jobs, split the list and run it twice.
What should the CSV look like?
Two columns: filename and content, one row each. If you paste a plain list with no commas, we name the files qr-001, qr-002 and so on.
Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. Bulk lists usually hold customer links, table numbers or WiFi passwords, and that is exactly the kind of data that should not sit on someone else’s server. Nothing is transmitted.
Can I use different QR types in the same batch?
Yes. Each row is encoded exactly as written, so you can mix URLs, WiFi strings, vCards and plain text in one file.
